Refund Policy – Forge & Field Supply Co.

At Forge & Field Supply Co., every item is made to order. We don’t mass-produce—we build gear when you order it. Because of that, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (item + packaging)

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase
  • After that, we cannot guarantee modifications

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
